Shopping Basics

We usually ship your products via USPS. However, sometimes we may need to use DHL or FedEX companies for orders over $200 due to our international agreements.

Since most of our products are imported, it may take 5 to 9 business days to reach you depending on the density.

After the products reach you, you have the right to return or exchange them within 7 days if you have not used them.

It is not possible to return or exchange used products.

Yes, we can ship products to Asia, Europe and America.

Payments

We accept only credit/debit cards.

We tax according to the requirements of the country where our company is located. The price of our products does not include any customs tax.

Shipping & Returns

First, you should send an email to refunds@gxoutlet.com with your order code. Then our support team will process your return.

It may take 5 to 10 working days after the product reaches us.
